Installation Instructions

The following roof curb installation instructions are shown with loose rib caps. Roof Curb Systems recommends this method for several reasons:

  1. Allows the installer to compensate for roof panel modulation.
  2. Gives the installer greater flexibility in curb location.
  3. Some installers will install the curb during the roofing process, while others may choose to install the framing first and install the curbs after the roof is in place. Loose rib caps offer this flexibility.

Note: If you or your customer prefer a fixed rib curb design, Roof Curb Systems will be glad to accommodate this request.

Choose from one of the following options:

  • Files are available in the .DWG file format.
  • AutoCAD Versions 12, 13, and 14 supported.
  • DXF format also available.
